Pros

The development program is a great way to get experience with multiple teams. It is organized well. My teammates have always been kind and work/life balance has not been an issue.

Cons

Everything feels dated - including corporate's sudden command to return to office. Upper management seems to not care for flexibility in where you work, with their recent actions giving me a feeling of pressure and control rather than focus and togetherness as they'd probably like you to believe.

Pros

CEO destroyed any pros with the re organization 3 years ago.

Cons

Wages dont keep up with inflation. Union bullies engineers. CEO does not care about the employees. Career advancement unclear. must be a part of the "Good old boys club" to get a promotion, and that was a comment from HR to all employees.
