Too many to list. Mainly, the owner of the company is seriously ill and should be focused on his mental hygiene, not running a company. His two VPs are over their heads and got their positions as part of the "friends and family" plan. Never have I worked in a company so completely dysfunctional and operating in silos. Stay clear; you'll be glad that you did. FYI - all of the positive reviews on here were written by their HR department trying to increase the overall rating for the company. Also, the two bonuses they mention are far less money than the therapist will cost you to get rid of the PTSD you'll get from working there. NOTE: One star is the lowest, I couldn't select zero stars or negative stars.

The owner gets his staff to withstand the verbal abuse by paying well and promoting everyone to titles they would never be qualified for outside of the company. Although the owner is brilliant, he is also unreasonable, abusive and insane. I have never seen a grown adult have tantrums that rival a spoiled 3 year old. The "Executive Directors" aka the owners favorites, kiss his butt and cater to his every whim, at the expense of their staff. The owner thinks he is smarter, more hard working than everyone, and will scream it during one of his weekly baby tantrums. You really need to see to believe!!!
