Definitely plays favorites. Not enough pay for what you do.

The owner thinks that his company, massive ego and reputation are far more important than anything that any employee has going on in their personal lives. He constantly swears-at and belittles his directors...and is very out of touch with reality. Everything is constantly behind because there are so many people...that there is so little actual good communication. Money is spent on creating useless new positions for people who whine a lot. Money is spent like water on things that management thinks is needed instead of getting the input of the people actually doing the work and ordering what they need to do the job better. Your opinion will count for absolutely nothing...ever...and you will have to do the job the management's-way regardless if it takes 10 times longer or it's 10 times more expensive. So much valuable opportunity lost at this company because the management will always think that they know more than you regardless of your experience. And there is zero accountability when things go wrong. Zero! When something goes wrong...everyone suffers needlessly.
