Pros

Free treatments 60% discount on injectables and more expensive treatments Not physically demanding Pay

Cons

While the pay can be amazing, the environment is not welcoming to moms. If your children have dance/sports etc and you ask for time off, you HAVE TO USE PTO. There is no choice! If you have no PTO all requests are denied. There is no sick time, ONLY PTO. Management pressures you to make sales goal, while giving you limited recourses to make goal. Example: only top performers who are trending to meet their goal can be at the front desk. If you hit $50k in sales 3 months in a row you get a text app. If you are struggling and don’t get time in the front and don’t have the company texting app the solution: keep dialing. Many of those that start PAY for a texting app to help with sales. During event weeks you are asked to sandbag all financing sales to help in making the event goal. It’s giving you are only as good as your last $3k sale.

Pros

Great place to get aesthetic experience but then the company got very money hungry

Cons

Double and triple book patients all day, no breaks however you are required to lie and say that you did take a break. No manager in clinic, the girls that work the front desk only care about making money/commission and have no respect for the nurses Mandatory to work every weekend Training is very basic, they only give you half of the information required to be an excellent aesthetic nurse. They force you to lie to patients about their expected results from treatment's I could go on.. get your experience and then get out

Pros

None. Not even the free services lol. I wouldn’t trust them to touch my face or perform any laser services on me.

Cons

All of these positive reviews recently posted are fake. I know for a fact upper management (I’ve been in the meetings) is asking their employees to leave positive reviews - this includes the TA Director and the VP of clinical operations. They are very concerned about the outward look on their company. If you want to be around people that do not know how to truly run a business, unintelligent individuals and so forth then this is the place for you. The negative reviews are all accurate.
