None, worst senior living company I've worked for out of five!

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for managers...every dept head always overwhelmed...do not deliver quality care, but so expensive!!

Pros

The only pro would have to be he residents and even they are getting tired of the crap from this company.

Cons

The food service is horrible, the management staff is low brow and deceitful at best. The administrators are jokes and the maintenance is absolutely non existent. Do not work for this company it will be a speed bump in your life of man I wish I hadn't done that. There is a reason all of the Administration staff of their Norman campus were "removed" from their place of business and told not to return.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us and are always evaluating ways we can improve. Both of our Norman locations have done very well and are led by an administration team that has been in place for some time now (though one associate took time off for maternity leave). Awful place to work! Fake Management!

Pros

Nothing at all! I guess if I have to say anything it would be when I actually told them I quit and gave them my 2 week notice.

Cons

Awful, rude management!!! Owner can't play the hard working individuals decently but can pay management 6 figures without blinking an eye lash! Benefits suck too!!!
