Pros
The community was beautiful and I loved the residents and who I worked with. The company has great values and goals but they do not give you enough resources or man power to execute them. It was always short…
Cons
At my resignation I found I had been severely undertrained. There were expectations and goals that I had not known. It was embarrassing and frustrating. I did my best with what I had. I had PTSD after leaving from my toxic regional director. I’m still afraid to take PTO or a sick day even after all this time and at a new company for fear of repercussions. After months of begging home office for help, they finally sent people in the last few weeks. It was always “figure it out” and if it was wrong, I just got yelled at and negative feedback from my boss which added even more stress. They let us drown and put all the blame on us. I loved my job, and some days miss it, but the sickness from stress and constant worrying was absolutely not worth it.
