I have been with LiRo for over 20 years. I get treated fairly and enjoy working in its positive atmosphere.

Cons

While I have been with LiRo for over 20 years, the amount of yearly “paid leave” earned is the same for a 5 year employee or 20 year employee. So, there is no compensation of employee loyalty.

Typical boys club in the engineering department. If your not part of the circle your out. Long hours without overtime. No room for growth.
