      Pros

      Location and interesting projects and many PE's but be careful they will set you up.

      Cons

      This is a boys club type of company. They do not train and expect long hours. Management will throw you under the bus at any means. I would not like to disclose the department but one manager changed my status to probation then took me off probation and then terminated the next day based on "performance" when in reality it was because I did not fit in the "circle".

      Pros

      Anything other than a management position eventually has no pros. Managers only feed favorites and like to bully field staff.

      Cons

      No management oversight. So long as billing continues for their position no one cares what they do to field staff. Don't take the verbal abuse or work every weekend and they limit your hours till you have to find another job. Major issue with sending field staff out without what they need. Any talk of a raise always a lie.
