Good customers at times, 40% off

Cons

The store manager I had was good. Upper management is down right horrible. I've been there for 7 years and just quit 7 months ago. Employees are never compensated for their hard work. Pay across the board is very low with the ridiculous sales expectations are. Some times the company feels like selling passports, accessories, and embriodery is more important than selling your primary product which our hats.

Pros

Discount, build good relationships, get to talk sports all day

Cons

Dress code is ridiculous for a hat store, theft is high and upper management does nothing to help prevent theft except say "need to do a better job" There is not a good DM training program
