      Pros

      -This is my first job working towards solving a critical societal issue, it's amazing to go to work every day with an important mission! -The people are amazing. They've done a fantastic job hiring for a diverse, experienced, kind group of individuals. I've never seen such a large group of people without any egos, but with significant experience in their field. I enjoy coming to work everyday because of my coworkers. -The technical challenges are engaging and you are encouraged to truly solve them, not just put a band aid on it.

      -Project schedules are aggressive like any startup, but there is still work-life balance if you want it

      Pros

      Lunar Energy is basically everything I've been looking for in a company: -Work is super collaborative and crossfunctional (EE/ME/FW/Rel/test) and people have a great and positive attitude! When things get hard, people *help each other* and don't assign blame (unlike some other companies I've worked for that might start with a "T") -Amazing work/life balance - the 9 to 5 is well-respected, and senior management demonstate their support for this daily. -Great mission/great product: company's vision and mission is in a segment of renewables where there's really no other competitor! -Well funded company (several orders of magnitude higher than other companies of this age)

      Cons

      -Fast timeline, fast paced which isn't actually a con - it's actually quite exciting! Can't really think of anything to put here!
