Pros

Generally, the employees at Lytx are friendly and fun. Lots of company events and happy hours. Taught me to work on my feet, no one has answers for anything so you’ve got to just go with what you’ve got.

Cons

-Work you until you burn out and then blame you for burning out -Limited resources and knowledge to give to clients, you often find yourself in very difficult conversations with very upset clients -Difficult to move up/around within the company -“Unlimited PTO” actually has an unspoken limit
