There has been a push in recent months to address the dissatisfaction that had been starting to tarnish some of the goodwill they had. The CEO has started doing this (possibly monthly) ask me anything hour. That meant a lot to me. Some of the anonymous questions are hard. He has also started a leadership development group that is open to anyone. It had a rocky start but seems to be getting it's sea legs now. We still have free lunches twice a week which is nice, a ThrivePass allotment, and good benefits. I'm hoping that some of these pushes will translate into higher wages.

Cons

Seems like you have to blackmail management into giving you a pay raise. Still no work-life balance.

You find other people to trauma bond with.

Cons

Too many to outline without having the review be flagged- just remember, the job market is rough right now, but another several months of unemployment while you look for the right fit is time far better spent than wasting several months at this company. They will exploit you for everything you’re willing to give and then discard you with no notice.
