Pros

I suppose, if you are in a rough spot and looking for employment this would be a good place to find it. Lots of the people who find employment here stay here for the long haul. Not sure why yet. Still seeking.

Cons

The pay is abysmal. Horrendous. The name Mark Taylor holds more weight from outside of this company than it does from within. Which is, without many more words coming to mind, unfortunate. I had high hopes when being brought on to the company and have been extremely let down.

Pros

Absolutely no pros, wasted years of my life. They do not care about their employees.

Cons

Company only cares about managing more units than anyone else in Arizona. They will stretch out their employees so thin until they eventually break or get sick. Sad that customers think employees are paid fairly because of high rents and all the extra fees MT charges, but that money does not go to the employees you see.

Nothing since the old president of the company left.

Their employees are just numbers on a payroll.
