Pay was pretty competitive Health benefits are okay

Cons

The management team was terrible. Only could get promoted if you were a buddy of the boss. Management was catty and super gossipy. This wasn’t just my department- this was all back office departments. They had no concept that we all have lives outside of work and we’re not accommodating even if you had a death in the family.

I have some wonderful colleagues who I enjoy working with. Benefits are ok.

Cons

You have to drink the kool-aid with the M1st “family” stuff even though it’s really just a boys’ network at the leadership level. The org had a record year and is growing despite the pandemic, so we were rewarded for our hard work with . . . branded jackets. Unbelievable. People want PTO or a bonus! No one wants a jacket! But that’s the kool-aid talking.
