Each Franchise is individually owned and operated with just a few corporate stores. This allows for working with some really good people.

Cons

Corporate Franchisor Management is now run by Private Equity and investment firms that are squeezing the life out of franchisees.

They have doors that lock They keep the office clean No sexual harassment

Cons

Just about everything else. Low pay insane hours. If you cover for a sick worker little to no appreciation. You have to beg for your very small raises. You can go above and beyond and it's still not good enough. Young kids running around office when you are trying to talk to customers. You are encouraged to be less then honest with customers as well. If you don't like to stretch the truth maybe not the place for you.

I loved working for Mr.Rooter in schaumburg! Only reason I left is because I moved out of state.

Cons

Only con I would say was I didn't like the weekly early morning meetings before work, but that was because I, myself didn't want to get up early, so really not a con for the company, just for me.
