Pros

Netscout has an "employee first" culture which is also known as "Lean But Not Mean" - Book authored by our CEO; Great Benefits - PTO, Stock purchase Plan, Healthcare/Insurance and rewards the employees with Bonus at all levels when company is performing good and meeting the objectives; Company is Innovative and founder led. One of the best aspects for me is the company's culture to give back to the community through the "Heart of Giving Program" which is very generous and allows employees to leverage the resources from this program and do good to the communities we live in.

People - I truly enjoy working with my colleagues at NetScout. We have a warm and supportive environment where high tech collaboration is our key to success. Flexibility & Support - Our management team supports my personal and professional needs and offers me flexibility in my schedule and my approach to managing my team and my team's projects.

Cons

Fast Pace / Change - Constant evolution as we are continuously modernizing and redefining who we are. This results in a lot of change, but it also brings learning opportunities and progress.

The CEO has helped set the tone and culture of the company with his “lean and not mean” principal. A breath of fresh air in today’s corporate environment.

Cons

Life is so good at NETSCOUT that a large number of employee have a long tenure making it hard for the younger workforce to progress within the business at time.
