Great company that treats its people with respect. Great product. Great people. Willing to let people take initiative and otherwise grow in their fields. Willing to allow people to explore other roles in the company.

Cons

No one ever leaves, so it's hard to move into management.

Pros

CEO - original founder of netscout is a strong leader. I was amazed by his one principle - I will not hire willy nilly only to let go of my employees... it's ok if we are growing little slowly but we won't grow at the cost of our employees. I have yet to see a CEO who adheres to such principles.

Cons

A lot of old timers are now middle managers and holding the company back in terms of innovation.
