The company culture is good. They have lots of decent people, starting from the CEO, that have been there for a long time. They take care of the employees.
Cons
On the software side, technology is very dated. All legacy stuff with a lot of the management team from a hardware background. People are siloed. Communication across groups is discouraged. The team is constantly putting out fires.

Coming from Danaher with team working spirit, leadership vs management, trainings, visions then going to Netscout with was a real disappointment.
