Management was very poor, especially in Europe. More interested in their own person than in their team and the company

- Due to merger, some senior technical personnel tends to keep what they know in case they might lose their job. Little sharing of knowledge. - Management does not like to hear feedback & though they portray they will readily listen. They will "prata" around what they say as this is an Indian company . - Be careful to check your last paycheck as the salary credited may be shortchanged. - Few formal proper training.

Need to develop more growth opportunities

Terrible management, unfair ,conspiring and all in the inner circle seem to be working for 30+ years old in this company . Organization structure is built for "Friends" rather than skills. Definite undertone of racism everywhere, sometimes in your face.

Read the negative reviews. Company acquires solid b players and doesn't take advantage of their innovations claiming their core solutions are superior, which is hilarious given they constantly lose to b players. Product management is not enabled. Sales is not disciplined.
