1. Management need to change their work style. Following old style. 2, No process/ SDLC. 3. Decision are concentric to HQ. Not always but sometimes teams at other location are not getting freedom to take decisions.

Families can be disfunctional. This one certainly is. Back-stabbing, highly politicized climate, where who you know is rewarded, and what you know is looked at with skepticism. Management reneges on written promises when you leave.

Monolithic & subservient management structure built on distrust and no collaboration. All roads begin and end with the Founder/CEO. There has been no systemic growth in NetScout since its founding. It has been a carefully orchestrated, or clumsy, series of acquisitions to prop up top-line revenues, and mask the real narrative of declining growth and value across all segments and markets served. Unfortunately, NetScout bit off more than they could chew when they took on Danaher's Communications platform. I cannot believe that institutional investors continue to hang on. One should carefully evaluate any institutional investor that continues to pour money into NetScout.

Management does not listen to employees. Upper management makes all strategic and technical product direction decisions without listening to their employees and customers. Upper management and a few people from the inner circle are making all decisions in this company. This is a large company managed like a mom and pop shop.

Through the acquisition, many management changes.

Company has gotten too big with multiple layers of management. The top of the company is isolated from the workers. Company is stuck between waterfall and agile methodologies and is not doing either well. Work/life balance can be really bad. Middle management doesn't necessarily have the workers best interest at heart.
