Terrible management, unfair ,conspiring and all in the inner circle seem to be working for 30+ years old in this company . Organization structure is built for "Friends" rather than skills. Definite undertone of racism everywhere, sometimes in your face.

The company offers few opportunities to advance career or promote cross-functional learning. Employees tend to remain at the same position year after year.

Management does not listen to employees. Upper management makes all strategic and technical product direction decisions without listening to their employees and customers. Upper management and a few people from the inner circle are making all decisions in this company. This is a large company managed like a mom and pop shop.

Growth opportunities are less Less movement to different domains or positions

The company has gotten a little ahead of itself, like all do, and needs to catch up some. Act like a public company of its size.
