There is nothing pros here to talk about this company.
Cons
This company runs as dictatorship company and make their employee life hell until they stay in this company. Company is only good for C level guys who has good stock and fat salary. These guys create a very unhealthy and political environment . There is no innovation n no growth. This Company full their customer and sell their product 100 time higher price than market. Sometime I feel like its scam, Why customer buy such costly product which they can avail in cheaper. All these C level executive enjoy their Fat salary and exotic vacations. If you talk to them they talk vague and something which is not meaningful.

Good culture that cares about the employees. Dominant technology for the past 5-8 years. Sales salaries are exceptiona when overachieving.
Cons
Technology is shifting. Uncertain how NetScout will continue to dominate. CEO makes all the important directional decisions. Strategies change too frequently.

Compensation and benefits per regional salary guidelines. Flexible working environment. Support for training and development.
Cons
Not much career advancement opportunity. Culture is political and not much fun - not even a Christmas Party in the past two years.

Great benefits. Competitive salary. Good technology CEO has good vision
Cons
Company has gotten too big with multiple layers of management. The top of the company is isolated from the workers. Company is stuck between waterfall and agile methodologies and is not doing either well. Work/life balance can be really bad. Middle management doesn't necessarily have the workers best interest at heart.
