- Salary is a bit too low for the bay area location due to high cost of living - Management hasn't proven yet they are committed to the Berkeley office

The corporate office in MA was clueless. They had no understanding of the salary differential engineers in the Bay Area command. They're "hub cap chasers", with no long-term vision, as a product mgr once told me.

- Due to merger, some senior technical personnel tends to keep what they know in case they might lose their job. Little sharing of knowledge. - Management does not like to hear feedback & though they portray they will readily listen. They will "prata" around what they say as this is an Indian company . - Be careful to check your last paycheck as the salary credited may be shortchanged. - Few formal proper training.

Terrible management, unfair ,conspiring and all in the inner circle seem to be working for 30+ years old in this company . Organization structure is built for "Friends" rather than skills. Definite undertone of racism everywhere, sometimes in your face.

Awful leadership starting with the CEO. Heavy politics and I mean, disturbingly unethical. A company that bandaid fixes. Limited growth opportunities based on who in leadership you are able to schmooze. Lack of accountability is in NetScout leadership's DNA. Those who have positive things to say about NetScout on Glassdoor are the ones who are part of the NetScout players club.

Micro management on some level tends to frustrate when working on remote or home offices. Lack of marketing efforts at high level jeopardize the efforts to grow. Company doesn't have a defined channel strategy which prevents the growth on emerging markets.
