      Pros

      The President of Sales and the RVPs are the only ones holding the place together. Good resume builder if you can keep your head down. Berkshire owns netjets which means good benefits.

      Cons

      middle management is extremely incompetent and toxic. will steal work and take credit. extremely poor culture. bad hiring practices. bad comp plan. favoritism. Promotions aren't always merit based.

      Militant Management Firing pilots to create fear for contractual concessions.

      Pros

      None anymore. There is absolutely NO reason to come work here.

      Cons

      The new management has gone on the attack against pilots after a failure to obtain concessionary work rules for them. They are now firing pilots who miss filing dates for expense reporting, even when said pilots have death in the family. They are firing pilots for calling in sick due to emotional distress caused by death of an immediate family member. They are attempting to create fear amongst the pilot group in order to force them to work more for less. Do NOT come to work here, especially if you are a pilot, flight attendant, or maintenance person. You will regret it.

      Horrible growth opportunities Management is good ole boy system and needs eliminated and rebuilt. No real leaders Horrible pay increases Too much stressors on employees with unrealistic demands.
