Pros

Great benefits, awesome people, exciting industry to work in.

Cons

The company still has an old school mentality. Refuses to believe that the world is changing and technology is advancing. Instead of focusing on enhancing technology and keeping up with other companies they just hire more people on the customer facing end to make up for it. Extreme lack of diversity, especially at the top. CEO was MIA the last few years I worked there. Extreme turnover in IT. People stay for the benefits, there is a great 401K matching and free healthcare. They do not stay for the culture, they leave as quick as possible with all the money they have invested.

Pros

Benefits were amazing. The people are incredible. Pay is pretty good. Lots of overtime available. They feed you often. Great networking opportunity.

Cons

If you’re not in the family or one of the close friends in management they don’t allow much move up or advancement. They have metrics in place to score your quality of work. Even as a top scorer based on their own metrics’s they will give you low management review scores and now allow you to move anywhere unless you’re in the inner circle.

Pros

Going to work one day only to hear that Jordon Hansell has been fired from Netjets for his dismal performance and his unethical behavior.

Cons

Jordon Hansell is the worst CEO in aviation history. Yes he is worse than Frank Lorenzo. He knows nothing about running this company. He even admits that he doesn't have the qualifications to be CEO. He threatens and uses the fear of firings if you follow FAA regulations. Why doesn't the FAA step in and stop this before someone crashes an airplane and kills someone? One fatal accident here and this company will be shut down for ever. Why? because when the FAA really finds out what Hansell and his team of goons are doing here the FAA will have no choice but to shut the doors. Oh yes Hansell likes to talk about our safety record and the FAA safety awards we have received. That is just smoke and mirrors. The company pushes and threatens pilots and mechanics to not follow FAA mandated regulations. Its on record in many court documents that the public has not idea of. They are liars and have been caught lying under oath. The training here is the worst we have ever seen in the history of the company, The training department is a joke of the industry now. We used to have great training but it has all been eliminated to cut costs. Yes that's right cut costs that's all Hansell cares about the bottom dollar. Well I'm here to say that cutting costs in aviation always leads to a fatal accident. I pray that it doesn't happen here but we all believe it will happen under the Hansell management team.
