Has become a call center, the only thing that matters to Shellpoint at this moment is making sure the calls get answered, no matter if the customer gets the correct answer or not, at least the call got answered. No matter if you get any work done at least the calls weren't abandon. You literally have to work overtime to get work done. They dont train new employees well. There is no such thing as work life balance unless you dont have to answer the phone, which the pay for those positions are low. I can go on and on but dont have the time have to go clock in.

NewRez/ Caliber is still in process of merging 3 companies with 3 very different cultures and there is no clear direction at all for the future of the company. That's outside of recent massive layoffs, with messaging after each layoff that "this is it" only to be followed quickly by another round. Management seems to be throwing whatever against the wall in terms of direction, which is gutting morale and running talent out of the organization. The recent turn in the mortgage market made the problems worse. The benefits are pretty bad to the point that we had applicants decline offers because the extra cost of the benefits would offset any salary increase. Last, there is a wide discrepancy in pay between similar roles in the company depending on which company you were hired into.
