Absolutely zero transparency. As a senior LO you will go days, even weeks without a lead. Forced to outbound the same people until they either block your number or file a complaint. Management knows about the lack of leads but still threaten you daily if you don’t hit “goal” they demand that you have 4 hours of talk time per day but that’s pretty hard when your just leaving voicemails to people that have been called 20+ times already. Oh and they tend to cut pay every year. So more work, less pay. I’ve been with this company for years and have watched it rapidly decline. The past 6 months or so has been the absolute worst. Middle management gets a cut of your commissions for doing absolutely nothing. If you reach out for help, good luck getting a response. A lot of senior los have been trying to stick it out but there’s talk of a lot of people jumping ship sooner rather than later.

Management is terrible. No one communicates at all, LO’s submit sub-par files to processing, and processing gets blamed for anything that goes wrong. There was a point in time where processors were not getting paid any commission if they were below efficiency. Benefits are EXPENSIVE and poor for the industry. company only cares about bottom line; there is no community feel, or support. They could care less who stays or leave. Good luck requesting PTO; while your off, not a single manager will cover your pipeline or talk to Your customers. You’ll come back to a MESS. Come here if there are no other options.
