NICE is a fast paced company that is very financially stable and leading the market from a product perspective. C-Suite leadership is the best in the business with a real focus on employees. AI Division has extremely strong leadership and I find a lot of joy being part of a division that is fundamental to the future/success of NICE as a whole.

Cons

Company moves fast which requires a certain level of dedication and commitment. If you are not ready to give that dedication/commitment then you will not succeed it at NICE.
