There are none that I can think of.

Observed toxic work environment, management will harasss you almost daily and micromanage you. The CEO was not a nice person. The pay was below average for the amount of work. The culture was awful. HR is useless. Lack of training and lack of support from management. It was by far the worst work environment I have been a part of. It was a very dull and mundane work environment. Co-workers had no personality and no one really socialized there. There are a lot of great credit unions in the area and this is not one of them. Save yourself your sanity and apply somewhere else.

Environment is very strange. Staff is nice enough but management and executives clearly do not care about employees. In fact, executives are locked away in an expensive renovated "suite" away from lowly staff. CEO fires people on a whim - if they disagree with him. There is no recognition of good work or communication of the company's vision. They don't welcome ideas and creativity or encourage initiative - they just want to tell you what to do. Period.

Northwest Federal Executives meet with all staff on a quarterly basis to discuss the vision and strategy of the credit union in addition to our annual all employee meeting. At these times, and throughout the year, employee feedback is invited and welcome. Nothing positive to say. Do not work here, you will regret it.

Cons

Management should be ashamed of how they took a great culture and destroyed it. Multiple managers came from another credit union and absolutely dismantled every positive thing about working here. It’s shameful how they have treated people.
