Pros

Flexibility with time off requests, culture is pretty awesome

Cons

Low pay, no room to grow, micromanagement, lack of leadership, diversion of responsibility instead of fixing complaints and issues. If you work hard and they realize it they'll load more on you and won't increase your pay. Good luck with escalated calls, you're on your own since those on that email list pick and choose who they want to help.

We are sorry to hear that you felt micromanaged and underpaid in your position, but appreciate your constructive advice regarding management and recognition.

So disorganized

Pros

Genuine people, fair compensation, ok benefits.

Cons

No culture other than a workforce that seems tired and fed up. Managment micro-manages. This slows work down! You have people in management positions who clearly either don't know how to manage or don't want to manage. And there are people in positions with titles who SHOULD know how to do the work their title would indicate that they're responsible for but they have no understanding what it takes to do the job. It makes their expectations unrealstic and impossible to meet. There also is no work/life balance.

Pros

Co-workers were a lot of fun. HR was always sensitive to employee needs. Continuous opportunities for additional training. Work-Life balance is good for students.

Cons

All telephonic positions (that are left) are in the process of being sent offshore. Upper-management is out of sight and cannot relate to their employees. Extremely difficult to get promoted. Very racially charged environment. If you aren't a member of a certain church - forget about getting promoted in Jacksonville! Numbers based. Patient's quality of care always comes second to profit-margins. Insurance companies hate working with us because of the outsourcing. You will be yelled at by customers at least once every day.
