Management needs to be revamped. Supervisors are lazy. Poor excuse of coachings. They take benefits away all the time.

At the time, the team was treated differently depending on their relationship to leadership. You were micro-managed (again, depending on relationship to leadership, some were able to work from home, come and leave as they pleased, and others were expected to come in early and stay late). If you did your job well, you were expected to do others jobs in return. No work/life balance. You were expected to have your work phone on you at all times, and answer any and all calls/emails as they came in, no matter what time of day/night. Recruiter turnover spiked once the new director took over, should've been a red flag, but wasn't.
