      Great relaxed work environment. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance. AtliceUSA doesn't share the same values as the Suddenlink culture did. Importance was customer->employee->company. Now it's the company->customer->employee.

      Suddenlink WAS a good company.... Ever since ALTICE bought out Suddenlink the company as a whole has suffered in EVERY way. They have laid off 2,000+ good employees Altice has raised sales expectations and lowered the pay. The work environment has become miserable All they care about is the all mighty dollar....Suddenlink cared about its employees. Work hours are from 10am-8pm I cannot think of even ONE thing that Altice has made better.

      Benefits, commission, people are cool

      Cons

      Grading system is flawed and they won't fix it. In retention, if you disconnect phone service, it counts as 2 disconnects when it's supposed to be 1. They know it's wrong, but they won't do anything.
