      Pros

      Small but very competent group of very talented employees and return contract labor. Team oriented group of collaborative developers. Minimal red tape, bureaucracy, and no politics.

      Cons

      Mergers have caused some layoffs and concerns for stability, however management does clearly let you know where you/your group stands with respect to layoffs. Year end budgetary cycle causes projects to be shoe horned into unnatural release cycle(s)

      Pros

      Not sitting in an office all day. Nice benefits.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Always under pressure and never good enough. I felt unsafe in some areas especially after dark. You have to write sales you know are going to be charge-backs just to make your quota so you don't get corrective actions or fired. If you have a family this is not the job for you.

      Flexible Schedule, family oriented, excellent benefits, friendly staff, opportunity to advance within the company. Over all, a perfect work place that offer great pay.
