      Pros

      Suddenlink was a good place to work. The job paid decent wages, had very good benefits, and offered plenty of paid time off.

      Cons

      Procedures in the workplace were not followed, and the employees always referred to Suddenlink as the "Communications company that doesn't communicate!"

      As long as you do your job your employment is just about guaranteed. They are willing to work to help you if you need it.

      Cons

      Being on call, forced overtime, hard to make plans sometimes. Mass punishment, making you feel like your in kindergarten and having to ask to go to the restroom ( that's a metaphor ) but that's what it feels like
