      Pros

      Great training. Solid income if you put in the work. Best boss I've had in 20+ years. He helped me land my dream job after I resigned on good terms.

      Cons

      I reported to an awesome boss that was undermined constantly. Local upper management is not experienced in direct sales and consistently undermines your supervisor.

      Money is awesome and the work is very easy I love the job so much wish I wound have never left

      Driving around in my personal car all day took a toll on my car and they do not supply you with gas money

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Got along with management. Real family type environment. Work well with your schedule and going to school. Awesome benefits. Free cable, internet and phone. Just pay monthly for equipment.

      Cons

      Advancement is usually lateral. If you were promoted, you needed to have a degree. New management/CEO stepped in and jobs have been cut tremendously.
