Pros

Customers are usually happy with the product and service.

Cons

Management is horrible. Throwing tantrums, slamming doors, yelling, cursing at employees. Very abusive place to work.

Pros

Customers Love It. They are in such shock by how it works and everything.

Cons

Management is never around. And this is a good boy type of company, a lot of family and friends working for the company. Even thou it's against company policy. Seems if you are not related to anyone or friends with Management you have to fight for your job. A lot of drama day to day. Seems like everyone doesn't enjoy there job.

Pros

Good company, great benefits, really nice people to work with, job descriptions are spot on, you are required to do as they explain, major detailed training, I liked it just needed higher salary to support my family.

Cons

Call Center business model is difficult if you are not familiar with the process.
