- Working with smart, amazing people, very friendly and helpful. Culture of giving open and honest feedback. - Great work-life balance. - Motivated, competitive employees, strong leadership and management. - Potential to grow - Great benefits and very accommodating company in regards to encouraging ideas on how to improve the operation. - It is a place where you can build a long-term career.

Cons

While it is exciting that we are pushing the needle, processes are still developing across the company as we grow and develop.

Pros

I work here and have worked here for a couple of years. I read some of the recent reviews from formerly terminated staff and took offense. It's true the company shifted and decided to remove the deadwood and streamline operations and that made some roles redundant and many have seemed to improve as a result. Get this, we are doing very very well! I'm proud to be Palmetto. I wish our former team members could move on with their life and let go of the fact they weren't selected or couldn't rise to occasion. The company is doing well and it helps them to be 'alumni' of a successful company - just move on.

Cons

Glassdoor is a place for complaints and full of negativity and a one-sided complaint session.

Review is 15 months old and we've made a lot of changes. We wish this person the best in their future professional positions. Also Palmetto has intensified its talent acquisition efforts to make sure new employees are a good all around fit for the company; our culture and the rapid growth and fast paced environment (Palmetto is not for everyone) that Palmetto is currently experiencing and will continue in the future. We grow, on avg, 25% a month, with expansion across the USA.
