As many have said employees have seen false start after false start and the inability for a strategic initiative to last more than a single town hall speech. With that fresh with employees it rough to still see little communication from executive leadership and leads to our inability to see the positive in change and instead only the negative due to the all uncertainty. no matching 401k is a real downer. Overall the bonus plan seems to be a bit unfair to the general employee and has been executed in a way that is rather jading to the people who put in long hours trying to take care of our clients only to be told that since the group didn't meet revenue goals there is no bonus, but hey lets take sales to Mexico to congratulate individual contributions despite missing our sales goals as a group.
