Cons

I previously left a glowing review for the company. At one point I left the company and was offered a new position with promises for advancement, pay increase, and the potential to further myself along my career path. Shortly after, the managment that rehired me were let go from the company after it was purchased by Converge Technology. My role was a 100% WFH position that allowed me to improve company workflow and focus on career growth. I was asked to assist with a project that was short-handed, and was assured this would not be a permanent transition. After a few months, they tried to change my role into 100% travel. I informed them early into being hired at the company that this was not possible for me. I asked to reprise my WFH role, and was told that the role no longer exists. I then said that if my job duties are being changed entirely to a field I am not comfortable with I would like a raise. They claimed that I would not receive a raise because I was not qualified for the role they were forcing me to transition to. I asked again to continue in my current role, the work-from-home role, and was told again that it doesn't exist. I clarified that admitting my role no longer exists is the same as laying me off. I asked for unemployment and benefits and they tried to refuse, claiming that I was quitting if I did not take the role they were forcing me into that they themselves had stated I was not qualified for. This turned into a full-blown dispute between myself and the department manager, and would have turned into a legal battle had corporate not stepped in to correct her half-witted decisions and combative wording. As recompense they provided me with unemployment and a severance. I do not recommend the company to anyone if the same management is in place.
