      Pros

      Good leadership that seems to be transparant and open with employees. Working environment was nice and updated. Benefits were ok, standard. No matching at the time which was a bummer. Good PTO.

      Cons

      None really. My only issue is resolve all your pay (commissions) before leaving or you may (likely) won't get it. You should get in writing what's due to you.
