Pros

Great coworkers Great benefits/compensation if you're in the right position Always something to involve yourself in

Cons

Lots of projects and ideas that get high priority then forgotten a week later Overly optimistic and frequently over-promising Aggressively pursuing opportunities with unrealistic expectations No real road map or direction

Pros

Opportunity to serve a US military customer in the field, or closely support those who do. What you do here matters. In this small evolving company, inexperienced employees are given responsibilities they would not normally have in a large corporation.

Cons

Inexperienced management team that has done a poor job honestly assessing the organization's strengths and weaknesses. Often this inexperience manifests itself as micromanagement and public reprimands, an apparent attempt to validate their position of authority. Many employees find it difficult to work in this environment. A corporate strategy that's all over the map and completely disconnected from the organization's core competencies. Rather than address issues rationally, senior management will use the threats of lawsuits and other punitive actions to manage their B2B and employee challenges.

The management team at PTP has decades of experience in private and public sector positions of responsibility. Knowledge management is a field of endeavor with multiple lanes and in many domains. Our testimonials from satisfied customers both in the US as well as those we support in an active theater of war demonstrate plainly that the senior management team understands what needs to be done and allocates resources to accomplish goals while exceeding expectations. Additionally, PTP has employees that have been with the firm since its inception, and many have returned when the opportunity to do so arose.

Pros

This company won't be around long

Cons

Though you might initially feel welcomed by seemingly sincere smiles and handshakes, it's all a hoax. Any language used in the company's marketing to display PTP as friendly, open and honest is ironic at best. -Greed/lack of ethics -Unhealthy work environment -Mistreatment of employees -Stress caused by shady antics of management -Constant micromanagement -Abnormal turnover -People with no skills doing jobs that needn't exist PTP's parasitic business approach is not sustainable.

PTP routinely receives certificates of achievement and letters of commendation for our employees providing support to the Department of Defense in the US and Afghanistan. These awards do not reflect the actions of people being mistreated or stressed by management.
