      There are no pros to working at this company. Absolutely none at all.

      Terminates employees for illegal reasons. Racist Sexist Hostile work environment Harassment Bullying

      These are baseless accusations that cannot withstand scrutiny in any objective setting. Due to the nature of PTP's work, it operates under the constant scrutiny of federal and state auditors. If any of these allegations were true, PTP would have been called to answer by any of numerous agencies.

      Pros

      Other than some of the amazing people who were once at the company, there are none

      Cons

      The CEO is an overbearing micromanaging tyrant prone to temper tantrums, and abusive outbursts, lying and unethical behavior. The culture of the company is toxic... it's not a healthy place to work, despite the initial charm one may see when starting at the company. The mission of people first is a con to employ talanted intelligent people and then exploit their talants and abilitys for abysmal pay, broken promises, and an abusive opressive environment

      Pros

      PTP had a decent 401k

      Cons

      Company has no qualms about lying & cheating to save or make a buck. Not an opinion, as I had to take the PTP to court (and won) because they refused to pay me accrued PTO against published company policy.
