Stay far away from PTP.

Pros

I always got my pay check

Cons

saying the company is mismanaged is an understatement. if you have an issue and attempt to contact HR, good luck getting an answer in a timely manner. you can not trust what the upper management tells you both in person and emails. if you call them out you will be told to stop whining. no matter what the CEO Victor tells you don't believe it. According to the CFO, Nicole, Victor doesn't know what is going on and she runs the company. her words not mine. I would run if you find out the contact was awarded to PTP. I will never work for this company again. stay as far away from PTP as you can.

My experience wasn't bad

Pros

Working with a great group of people away from the corporate office Knowing you are lucky not to be in a stressful work environment Travelling to Florida from time to time (seeing Florida) Getting experience I needed Getting decent pay for my experience level Overall my experience was probably one of the best out of anyone

Cons

Knowing everyday that your days are numbered Dealing with teasing from someone who is supposed to be your superior (and thus more mature) Traveling to Florida from time to time (being at the corporate office) Knowing that because you are entry level and live away from the office that most people won't take the time to get to know your strengths and will remember only for small details Having a title that didn't help my professional goals and had nothing to do with what I was doing Like I said, I had one of the better experiences from this company because of my location and team. But, it isn't a good feeling knowing that your termination could come at any time since no one in upper management really knows what you do or your value (because they haven't taken the time to find out). I left in the middle of a major project that I put a lot of work into, leaving my team members with more of a work load. I don't think this was a smart move for them.

Pros

Promise employees the world and then some. Pay some people well...

Cons

The attitude of the owner is take as much as you can as fast as possible and see how many people don't notice. Executive management has no formal education or business experience, except for the CCO, which is quickly running the company into the ground. The organization is not focused and refuses to slow down and take a deep breath. Ethics do not exist and they strive to find grey areas which will be their ultimate undoing.
