Great opportunity to get your securities licenses and learn the industry, get your feet wet. Good starter gig.

Cons

Little to no ability to advance oneself within the company. Huge problem with employee turnover for this reason.

Pros

Great work life balance. Commission based job with great payouts. The company has there own product to sell but are very open to sales of all products.

Cons

Not enough reps. It is hard to sell in the 403b market if people don't know who you are.

Establishing your business takes time and PlanMember provides long-term support to help reps establish and maintain a successful practice.
