Most people are pretty friendly.

Cons

Management is out of touch with employees, learn how to listen and don't be so quick to judge. Company 401k distributions have stopped due to covid even though the company continues to do well. Toxic work environment.

Management sucks. People got promoted for longevity and not based on merit or qualifications. Always in firefight mode. Rude management behavior and ridiculous expectations from new hires.
