      Pros

      This company is something I've never experienced before. Everyone is so understanding, kind, and helpful. The benefits and flexibility show that you and your life outside of work matter. The time put in by leadership shows they care. They are phenomenal at making everyone feel included and are always asking for our feedback and trying to make those changes happen.

      Cons

      I think something they can work on is communicating clear, set processes across all roles. Sometimes one role is told something but the other isn't so I think making sure everyone knows across the board would take down many barriers.

      Overworked and underpaid

      Pros

      The team I work with is what gets me through. The VP does a good job of shielding us from the toxicity. I was hopeful when the CEO met with us about immediate changes to be implemented but it’s been over 4 months and the shifts haven’t yielded much improvement.

      Cons

      It’s honestly gotten so bad that our team has intentionally been declining student service referrals not because of capacity but because the workload is completely unmanageable. I know this is a business but for the amount of work that is needed to maintain any sense of quality, the rate we are paid is despicable. I am struggling everyday to find any balance when I am working 7 days a week to dig myself out of all the tasks that need to be done.
