      Overworked, Stressed

      Pros

      We have a team that is willing to work together and a manager that is in the trenches with us. She understands the struggles the front line CSM team goes through (both internally and externally) and she is able to help my team and I out as best as she can. Our department has strong leaders individually but they don't have the decision making power to push forward with promotions or decisions.

      Cons

      Listen to your front line staff about what client's are saying about the process/products. Our leadership team is constantly chasing after the wrong strategy and it's detrimental for the clients (and the CSMs who are responsible for retaining clients). I was promised a promotion - unfortunately it has been MONTHS and I've just been told to keep waiting. Truly a dangling carrot in front of me. False/Empty promises have been detrimental to my mental health... I've been working long hours and extra effort beyond my responsibilities but no promotion in sight.

      An OK place to work.. going downhill.

      Pros

      Amazing direct management. Unlimited PTO. Get people to work with. Gives a great sense of accomplishment when working for the patient voice.

      Cons

      The harder you work the harder they run you into the ground. Higher leadership is blind to the issues that are taking place. Your voice is NEVER heard. Almost impossible to get a raise or promotion. No communication between departments or leaders.

      Time off, ok insurance, some ability to work from home

      Cons

      Company is very out of touch with appropriate compensation, work load, and working from home, especially post-pandemic. If someone quits you are often given a "growth opportunity" to take on that position's workload without any additional compensation or title increase. The annual review is also a sham because you'll never have the same manager from year to year, the metrics are constantly changed so you have no continuity, therefore you have no accurate gauge to represent your growth, and therefore no opportunity for advancement.
