It's refreshing to be part of an organization that truly values their employees and demonstrates servant leadership to their employees and clients. Every leader and employee respectfully listens and responds to feedback. The organizational culture is very positive and supportive for everyone to achieve success. The onboarding process was well designed and coordinated between HR, IT, and my assigned department with many administrative items completed prior to my start date. The process was seamless and very positive.

Press Ganey has allowed me to be the individual I want to be. As a woman I feel heard. As a mother I feel secure and able to devote more time at home to my children thanks to the exceptional work-life balance this company provides along with a fantastic benefits plan. The amount of career development opportunities has been nothing short of phenomenal and in less than 3 years I have been working here, I feel financially secure for the first time in my life. So what is the catch? Nothing. I love what I do. I don't dread starting work on any day. Did I mention that we are a fully virtual company now and get to work from home full-time?
