Pros

The culture and transparency of the company. Everyone in my office is one big family. I appreciate the importance Press Ganey places on family. They are very understanding and supportive when family issues arise. I enjoy the diversity of my typical day. Everyone is appreciated for their contribution to the company no matter what your title/duties are.

I have worked here for 14 years! Many many pros! Family is first here, there is not one scenario I can think of where I felt I had to choose between my family or my job. Press Ganey is very flexible when it comes to associate priorities! I am able to go to class to continue my education or participate in my children's activities without any hesitation...there is without a doubt flexibility here! PG has so many pros, I am part of the team, I enjoy about every aspect of my job, I am family!

Cons

I really do not have any cons with PG. I do wish we could have a lunchroom and on-campus daycare...maybe in the future!
