Pros

You are able to work from home if needed.

Cons

Pay is not high enough for what Account Managers do, AMs have too many products that we are supposed to be knowledgeable about and if we aren’t- there is zero support. Too much pressure from all sources to get too many things done in a timeframe. Initial AND ongoing training is non existent. Turnover is horrible and you are just thrown into clients.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for your experience. Pay and compensations are reviewed for our market ongoing and we do look at a number of factors including internal equity, market comparisons and the value of the important work being completed. We do offer an 8 to 12 week training program lead by an individual dedicated to AM training and provide all new hires a mentor and a team for support and strive to offer continuing education. We have a dedicated management team here to support or staff daily as well as leaders of all Operational areas that will step in and help as needed. Press Ganey stands by its open-door policy and we want to hear what support and additional training you need. Please feel free to reach out to your manager, VP or Human Resources to discuss your concerns so we can help you be successful.

Pros

Coworkers were great, very willing to help. That's literally it.

Cons

PG is disjointed. 401k match taken away, no bonuses handed out, terrible pay. Management doesn't have a clear sense of direction. Leadership is awful and only care about lining their own pockets. Customers are churning more and more, and for good reason. Systems are scattered all over the place and chaotic. Joining this company would be like boarding the titanic after it hit the iceberg and Jack already let go. They're another airheaded tech company that grows unsustainably, and will soon become overwhelmed by their own horrible, brainless practices. DO NOT WORK HERE. Respectfully

Please know that we hear your frustration about recent changes, and we take it seriously. Like many companies right now, Press Ganey is adjusting spending to ensure continued strength through an inflationary and recessionary environment. Our pause on 401(k) matching is temporary, and we will resume this benefit as soon as possible in the months ahead. In the meantime, all other benefits – healthcare, family leave, educational assistance, and unlimited flexible time off – remain unchanged. We encourage you to find some time for a candid, confidential conversation with your manager or HRBP to discuss your concerns in more detail, or submit your thoughts via the anonymous employee survey we sent out after the most recent town hall. You are also welcome to speak with Nell Buhlman about your concerns; contact her executive assistant to be scheduled for an office hours discussion.
